About I Said So.

The problem I kept seeing.

Being excellent at your work doesn’t automatically make you good at LinkedIn, content strategy, AI tools or online visibility. Nor should it have to.

I didn’t set out to be a content strategist. For 17 years, I built and ran Adore' Photography Studio and Senzua Boudoir - two brands from scratch. Those years taught me what actually makes people trust a business enough to pay it. I had to figure out how to run a business - in South Africa, with all the ups and downs and pressure that brings.

That work grew into a position at Custom Coding, where I head up brand strategy and digital communication for a software company that builds tools for legal firms, accountants, and small businesses in SA. A lot of that work sits between complex technology and business owners who just want their systems to work and staff to stop moaning. Translating real know-how into plain, believable language - I’ve built a career on that.

Most established professionals already know they need a stronger presence online. The problem is finding the time and energy to learn algorithms, write content, test AI prompts, update old profiles and figure out which advice is still relevant this week.

That is where I come in.

I take what you already know, what you do well and what makes clients trust you, then turn it into a clear, credible online presence. From audits and positioning to copy, content and practical AI guidance, I handle the work that would otherwise eat into evenings, weekends and billable hours. Your time is better spent doing the work people pay you for. Mine is spent making sure the right people can find you, understand what you offer and see that you know exactly what you’re doing. No second career in content creation required. No part-time influencer nonsense. Just a professional online presence that works as hard as the business behind it.

“It’s 2026. Your expertise means nothing if nobody can find it.”

What clients say

“I’d been meaning to sort out my LinkedIn for about three years. Jackie had the first month’s posts in my inbox before I’d finished explaining what I actually do. The voice was right from the start — which I honestly didn’t expect. I’ve had two inbound enquiries since from connections I didn’t even know were watching.”

Pieter van der Merwe, CA(SA)

Accounting Practice, Pretoria

“I was skeptical. My clients choose me on reputation and referrals, not social media. But one of my referral partners mentioned my posts in a meeting last month without knowing I had a ghostwriter. That was the confirmation I needed.”

Adv. Sipho Ndlovu

Commercial Attorney, Johannesburg

“The onboarding was more thorough than I expected — and that’s exactly why it works. She asked questions I hadn’t thought to answer about my own practice. The posts don’t sound generated. They sound like me on a day when I actually have time to think.”

Marelize Steyn, CFP®

Financial Planning Practice, Pretoria

“The audit alone was worth it. She found three things on my LinkedIn profile that were quietly working against me — specific, practical, ranked by priority. Not a generic checklist. I fixed them in an afternoon and the profile looks completely different.”
